2. Dispatch Timeline: Orders are typically dispatched within seven (7) days of receiving your order and successful payment, or as otherwise communicated at the time of order confirmation. Actual delivery times may vary based on courier company/postal authority norms and operational circumstances.
3. Delivery Address: All shipments will be delivered to the address provided by the purchaser at the time of order placement. Please ensure that your contact and address details are accurate and complete to avoid delivery issues.
4. Delivery Confirmation: Once your order has been shipped, confirmation and relevant details will be sent to your registered email address provided at the time of purchase.
5. Shipping Charges: Any shipping charges applicable to your order will be clearly stated at checkout. Please note that shipping charges, once paid, are non-refundable under all circumstances.
